If you change your mind - 7 Day cooling off period

The law gives you seven working days to change your mind and cancel an order. There are some exceptions. If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after delivery by fax or email. A telephone call is not enough.

Remember that you have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and need to return them to us at your own cost. For your own benefit it is advisable to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items not arriving here safely. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

In some special cases you do not have the right to a cooling-off period, these include: Goods made to your personal specifications, Goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly (e.g.. flowers or foods), Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which you have opened, Other sealed Goods which you have opened, Goods which have already been used.

A refund will be issued within 30 days in the same form of payment originally used to pay for the goods. Goods should arrive back with us in accordance with the above criteria.

In addition to the statutory 7 days WWSM allow returns up to 30 days after delivery. There are some exceptions. If you decide you do not want the goods you need to inform us in writing within 30 days of delivery by fax or email. A telephone call is not enough.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item less our costs of delivery. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Again you have a duty of care for the products during this cancellation period.

No item may be returned after 30 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item is received damaged or defective

We will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of returning the item to us. Any damages must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
